Hope to see you there!  Missy's Cakes and Bakes is licensed and inspected by the State of PA.  I have delivered wedding cakes to Owego, Binghamton, Elmira, Ithaca, Waverly,Watkins Glen in NY, and to the Valley, Wyalusing, Wilkes Barre, Scranton, and Tunkhannock in PA.  A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
